Des[s]ert on a Rainy Day

Okay, so we can't lie...we have as much of a sweet tooth for desserts as any other 20-something year old...so when you can't have pastries and pies for lack of an oven here's our experiment-take it or leave it.
*Cantaloupe
*Banana
*Rice
*Cinnamon
*Raisins
*Stevia glycerite (an herb extract that gives the mouth an illusion of sweet)
*Pressure cooker

*Make rice however you make it. In our pressure cooker we do 1 portion rice to 1.5 portion water. Heat it with the lid sealed till it starts hissing, turn the stove off.  And usually by the time it's done hissing it is magically cooked! Talk about using pressure to cook things!!!!
*Want the "Keep It Simple System"?
*Stir in cinnamon, stevia and raisins into the rice
*Place bananas and Cantaloupe on top--sprinkle cinnamon
*And eat it as if it were cake!

It's as easy as cake! ;)
